Cost of shipping
To the most countries and location we offer at least one shipping service free of charge if the order value is equal or greater than 150 EUR, 1 500 SEK or 150 USD. The actual cost of shipping is shown in the checkout. Nufferton will not cover shipping costs for returns (see returns & exchanges).
UPS home delivery
All orders shipped with UPS with home delivery require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. If you expect yourself to be elsewhere – e.g. at work – please specify the alternate daytime delivery address when ordering. For deliveries to residential addresses, UPS can allocate parcels to your closest Pickup Point if the first delivery attempt fails. Please note that it is not a guarantee due to one of the following possible reasons: (1) there is no Access Point close to your address; (2) UPS can’t access your mailbox to deliver your notice letter (at check-out, please make sure to enter your entrance code in order for UPS to access your mailbox); (3) th Access Point has no store capacity. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
UPS Access Point
Only available within the European Union. In the checkout you can choose an Access Point that is near your zip code. Depening on country, you may need to show your ID in order to collect your parcell.
DHL Service Point and Postnord Utlämningsställe
Fast and safe parcell service to access point within Sweden. In the checkout you can choose an Access Point that is near your zip code. You will get notifications when the parcell is ready to pick up via SMS and/or e-mail. You will need to show your ID or use BankID in order to collect your parcell.
Postnord MyPack Home
Home delivery services within Sweden. The package will be delivered to your home in the mailbox or to your door on the day and time that suits you best. In most cases, you can also choose to receive delivery even if you are not at home and can receive your package. With the PostNord App, you can see when your package is expected to arrive and you also get the opportunity to make more choices in connection with the delivery.

Please note! At check out, when choosing delivery options- if you choose UPS Standard Pickup Point, your parcel will be delivered to a Pickup point near your address.
If you wish for it to be delivered to your home- please choose Home delivery.
Taxes and duties - Orders within the EU
All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Taxes and duties - Orders outside of EU
Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. Nufferton has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. In order to be sure of the current changes, please take contact with your local customs office.
Taxes and duties - UK
We've enabled DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for UK customers. We'll handle everything so that you don't get any surprises. You can see the calculation (Duty & VAT) at the checkout. There's no duty charges on orders below 135 GBP.
