If you like your clothes loose you may want to go one size larger; if you like them narrow you probably should stick to your usual size. In case you’re choosing between two different sizes, definitely go with the larger one. It’s pyjamas after all. Also keep in mind that cotton textiles shrink around 1-4% after being washed.
