EXCHANGES

Please return the item within 30 days in unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.

Please contact shop@nufferton.com and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Upon receipt of your product, we are pleased to inform you that a voucher equivalent to the total order amount will be issued. This voucher can be utilized to place a new order at our webshop, providing you with the flexibility to explore and select alternative items that better suit your preferences.

All items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team is unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.

 

Avoid unnecessary returns and save on our environment by going through the size guide and ask for assistance via shop@nufferton.com.

 

RETURNS

Nufferton’s return period is 14 days. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt. Refunds for returned products will be made within 5 business days, after we have received the returned products. 

When returning items, please contact us at shop@nufferton.com and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. A return cost will be deducted from your refund amount. A fee of 5 EUR (SE), 7 EUR (EU), 10 EUR (Outside EU) or equivalent in any other currencies. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Nufferton. 

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Complete the return form that you received with your PJ and place it inside the box together with the product.

2. When returning or exchanging items, if you did not receive a return label please contact us at shop@nufferton.com and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. 

3. For Swedish orders: Drop off your package at your local DHL Service Point Center. For international orders: Schedule a pickup of your package by calling your local UPS, visiting ups. com or dropping the package off at your nearest UPS service center.

4. Once your return is received and confirmed - we will refund your order.
