Nufferton’s return period is 14 days. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, after we have received the returned products.
When returning or exchanging items, if you did not receive a return form please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with one. A return cost will be deducted from your refund amount. A fee of 10 EUR (SE), 15 EUR (EU), 20 EUR (Outside EU) or equivalent in any other currencies. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Nufferton.
Avoid unnecessary returns and save on our environment by going through the size guide and ask for assistance via email@example.com.
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team is unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
1. Complete the return form that you received with your PJ and place it inside the box together with the product.
2. When returning or exchanging items, if you did not receive a return form please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a pre-paid return form.
3. For Swedish orders: Drop off your package at your local DHL Service Point Center. For international orders: Schedule a pickup of your package by calling your local UPS, visiting ups. com or dropping the package off at your nearest UPS service center.
4. Once your return is received and confirmed - we will refund your order.
