I didn’t receive a confirmation or receipt for my order. When I inquired, I was told it couldn’t be issued and no alternative was provided. I would have appreciated more effort be made, considering we could leverage technology. Also, I was shocked by the cost associated with customs and delivery. I did not intend to incur as many charges.

I haven’t received my order nor have I heard back about why it hasn’t arrived.

The box the clothes came in was unnecessarily large

Hi there, I really love your brand and the way you present yourselves. I'm a founder myself (Bidetlity, based in Berlin), so I know how much work goes into building something this good. I love your copy. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t ideal. I visited the Berlin showroom to try on sizes, but sadly not all sizes were available. There also wasn’t a full-length mirror – just the one in the restroom – which made it really hard to tell if the pants actually fit me. Then, after placing the order, I had to wait quite a while for the package to arrive, even though the item was marked as in stock on your website. The pants fit perfectly, but unfortunately the top is too small. I remember the pants one size up were way too big at the showroom, and I wasn’t able to try on the top at all. So in hindsight, I would’ve needed a size L for the top – which is a shame.
